I noticed that I can’t use welding rig ‘ouside’ my home or any other structure. Vehicle menu is showing that rig is unaccessible but it has full battery and placed just in front of the vehicle.
Maybe Zone Management menu can be used in that situation?
Also another rig issue - if you choose ‘Use the welding rig’ option but don’t actually use it and close the menu it still consumes the rig energy.
