Try building a pneumatic assault rifle, it takes quite a bit of skill to create but the ammo is cheap (pebbles, marbles, ball bearings) and can raise your marksmanship to superhuman levels if you have the time.

That’s actually what I’m trying to do - unfortunately I need marksmanship 2 to build it…

Ahh, try using single shot weapons with cheap ammo. Best thing that comes to mind is a .22 rifle.

Zeebie have you tried making a bow and some arrows? Although inaccurate compared to other weapons the ammunition should be sufficiently cheap to allow you to train marksmanship.

As I understand it you have a chance to learn it based on your intelligence. Just keep trying.

Do bows train marksmanship? I thought it was only firearms.

marksmanship is trained by using any ranged weapon.

From my understanding they act as an armor plate for vehichles this one being designed to protect against ramming hard things. Think of them less like suspension shocks and more like car bumpers.

It is possible to reinforce the windows with metal bars like the gun stores? and also what happened to the fire pit?

I think you can just use the brazier now, which is pretty simple to make. As for the bars check the construction menu (hopefully you have some skill in it).

I liked more disposing zombies and all kind of waste in a fire pit, I assume the “Metal bars” option can apply to windows or it only applies to empty tiles?

or maybe its just my mod that has the excessive fire damage one. idr but i did add that via modding to my games.

Burning does work in the base game, it just takes some doing. If you pile enough burnable stuff with the corpses (and it doesn’t rain and put it out), it will eventually burn them away.

Smashing is the fastest and easiest. Then corpses eventually rot away.
