Since there is so much confusion here over the difference between static and dynamic spawns here is the main differences:
Dynamic:

All monsters spawn constantly in waves.
Making loud noises makes monsters spawn faster

Static:

All zombies are spawned at the start of the game:
Making noise does not make more zombies
Wildlife is still spawned dynamically
Ants/triffids spawn similar to dynamic but have caps imposed based on their queen/heart.
Fungus spawns similar to dynamic based on the fungal bloom, but also will store grown fungus spores into the population (i.e. spores that are off-loaded when you leave mean more fungaloids can spawn later).

I wanted to move my shopping cart down 1 level into a science lab. So I disassemble it and drag the pieces down there. But when I reassemble it I can’t put the casters on the same spot as the initial frame. I can put a box there but not the casters. I am new to this construction thing so I’m probably missing it. How to do I disassemble/reassemble a shopping cart?

Just started screwing with mounting a M249. I keep trying to drop some 5.56NATO rounds on it and it doesn’t work… Says it’s full. Any ideas?

I have a question about braziers and fire-related. Im pretty much an adventuring player, I’ve tried for first time fueling a oven with some wood and firing it up (to cook wolf and squirrel meat), as my experience said - it will be good, i dont need to keep an eye on that - it will burn out itself. So i left a burning oven in a house than moved to my abandoned store/stockpile of mines (*mine. sry DF once again ate my brain). Than it started to rain acid, for no reason i started to hear "From east you hear a HUMP (or THUMP or whatever), when i go through the back doors i found nothing (didnt go to far due to the acid rain) when i go back my abandoned store was burning in a heck of a hellish blaze and yeah… burned. Dont know what started the fire, but i think maby stupid zombie smashed the oven and the fire was free.

My question is, how safe is to put a brazier in home (im thinking of changing my adventorous style - to more “civilized” farming style of life - because i want to try out the farming)? Following this, how much wood is safe? And lastly how to shut the fire (didnt do that before)?

You can build a Wood stove so you can contain fires indoors.

In the experimental, ovens hold fires. They don’t suppress smoke, though. Also, now de-constructable.

And about fires at all, how to kill them? (do i need somehow pour a water on them? How? I didnt even bothered about this earlier, but now i have only cookable stuff to eat (all apples etc., the ready to eat things are done).
