Sadly it still has the 4096 item cap and i think add weight to your car, so your gonna need a good engine on that bike
(…i noticed foos of steels and metal scraps now stack… yet rags, plastic chunks, and other common 100+ items still do not…)
Using a Humvee, already placed 7000+ (amount, not volume) inside one and seems ok, so i guess that cap isnt playing a role here. Made myself two dimensional cargos, luckily had another set of parts needed already stored, sooo much better lol, one stockpile for weapons, ammo, armors and one for everything else. The weight part is true thou, the Humvee weights 24000lbs already hehe. Super cool thing thou, the lack of cargo space was the only thing bothering me at mobile base. Now i can make a super large stockpile of everything i need for crafting on one tile.
Seems like a very easy json editing project for somebody interested. (hint hint, nude nudge wink wink).
Sadly when most of the dev people are extremely uptight about realism (…look at zombies and laser guns…yea…); I’m not the one who has the brain to crunch numbers for just how many rags can i fit in 1 omni-size 1 “volume” pocket
I just felt it was odd that only 1 of the salvage resources turned to stacks rather then all of them in the span of time i was gone
a rag isnt a patch ot cloth. 4 of them are a bath towel. meaning each is maybe 1 square foot of cloth. they dont stack because of storage, and because of their abstract size/thickness/quality.
if you could pile six thousand of them together into a trunk youd have to allow three hundred sheets to fit too.

However you can pile steel scraps when they are as big and abstract as rags
Are slugs any good? Went with rifled barrel as suggested with them and the shotgun now deals less damage than my sig sauer in zombies, even up close, which makes little sense.
Personally I find that suppressors are good always. Damage < Making less noise for zombies to hear and bork you over. Other things, I’d just say it depends on what they are. Not too experienced.
Slugs are actually less accurate than buckshot at short range too. They can go at crazy 45 degree angles at low-ish skill. I recommend only using 00 shot, and birdshot for backup ammo/against weak animals you don’t want to splatter everywhere.
Yeah slugs really seem unimpressive. My nailgun with burst or my modded pneumatic bolt rifle seem superior in almost all ways. Both silent, more accurate and deal more damage per shot.
How can i repair my damaged kukri? When I press mend while having it selected it says that there is nothing to mend so no help there.
you dont use a gun becausw you want to be quiet.
i use rifles for range, shotguns for defense, revolvers forwhen i pack a rifle, and a peashooter for little guys and with a shotgun
What point is there in not going for silent though when the silent weapons are equal in damage, more accurate and use ammo which is very plentiful. Seems to me that slugs need a buff since there is little point in using them?
If your using 'm’end form the inv menu; that only for engines right now, you have to 'a’ctivate a metal repairing tool, like a welder or soldering iron and scrap metal
Ive encountered some issues with weapons found in museums, some recipes (mythological replicas) requiring a broadsword dont seem to recognize it, even if i have it in my inventory. Same goes with fixing those weapons once dmged. Could only fix weapons i made myself. (0.C-16771-gcceac62)
