Many types of engine can be found in garages. They look like this on the map: O
Public works and I believe scooters also tend to hide these, as would combat chainsaws.
Luckily for me, I found a book which let me craft an electric jackhammer, for which I already have all the parts!
Later upgrade it to work off UPS and you can tunnel like a champ!
what jack would i use to lift my unholy abomibation of a 8 ton car?
Are there vehical mounted jacks? i saw a foldable enigine mount but I dont think I ever took it out of its slot in the back seat when i swapped engines
1.Can i repair faulty engines?
2.Is driving on fungal bed harder/impossible?
3.Do fungal creatures destroy vehicles? I know they tend to destroy wooden furniture by transforming it into fungal tiles but they seem to ignore metal things like lockers and glass windows so i am not sure what their reaction would be to a car.

Yes, no, yes but not as bad and not in the way you’re thinking.
only way how fungus will damage your car is when you ram spores with your car, while they are just spores they do nice damage to your headlights but armor should be unaffected
Items on the ground sometimes seem to get stuck. It’s been an occasional bug for a good while now, since 0.C, I think (maybe longer). I’ve had “hot” meals stave hot indefinitely, and I’ve had a lit charcoal kiln stay lit forever as well (instant atomic lamp, heh).
It’s pretty rare now, but it still seems to happen upon occasion.
I meant the acid pool, but I assume it was a glitch. I bombed a park and that turned out great. :o

I lost a vehicle to fungal terrain once (unable to drive forward or back), so I’m fairly certain that fungal terrain caused problems at one time. Don’t know if it does now, as I keep my vehicles off of it.
If you’re looking to lift a deathmobile keep an uninstalled steel boom handy, pull up to a wreck and attach boom to said wreck. It’s that simple. Likewise, stick a telescopic crane on your own vehicle if you plan on swipe’n wheels and don’t want to lug around the new jacks.
gotta find/make one first. where do spawn?
I’m not sure they do. You’ll need a welder, level 3 fabrication and scads of pipes to craft one. Also a steel chain (They’re everywhere in waste sarcophagi) and some metal chunks or scrap.
A telescopic cantilever on the other hand is easier to make. Needing fabrication 2, pipes, metal and wire (not the copper kind)
Pretty sure the boom is rated to lift MUCH heavier loads, as it precludes installing anything else in its square, unlike the cantilever. I know it’s good enough to lift a lighter 17 tonne vehicle, so it’s AT LEAST as good as 308 strength.
How many multivitamins is considered an excess that causes hypervitaminosis? The usual one in the morning and one at night won’t trigger it will it?
Hypervitaminosis is only caused by vitamin A excess. So it depends on what you eat.
Thanks, you’re the Best Coolthulhu!
Would it be possible (scratch that, reasonable) to build a car with a shit ton of storage batteries, but instead of actually putting panels on it, building an immobile frame with a ton of panels and use jumper cables to just charge the car directly from the charging frames? I ask because I found an electric sports car which is very small so the number of panels I’d put on it would be low.
Funny you should mention that. Once, using wire frames (The cheapest frame for such endeavors) I set up a solar array outside the refugee center, loading it down with what solar panels I had. And I had quite a few. What you want to do is set the storage batteries to charge in the array THEN swap them for ones in your own vehicle.
Jumper cables are just an inefficient middleman in the equation.
Use the storage battery cases if you do that. it makes it so much easier to swap them out.
Edit- Didn’t want to spam chat with a second post…
Are there recipes for offal? I haven’t seen any. If not I could think of a few off the top of my head that they could be added to.
Sausage, humble pie, haggis, chitterlings, liver and onions, sweet bread, foie gras, pâté, steak and kidney pie… the list goes on.
