Very Dwarf Fortress like, hence I loved the idea of adding Pankration. Plus it fit with the mod including Hoptiles as one of the profession addons.
How d I attach shredders to my vehicle? I just built three of them, but there’s no option appearing to install a shredder anywhere on my vehicle.

Yus. Though it has been sometimes used to refer to some medieval swords, and I’m fairly certain D&D can be blamed for that. owo
Hence suggesting Shopkeeper’s amazement is due to confusion.
I STILL want a style that works with the zweihander though.
Couldn’t think of any martial art that focuses on two-handed weapons beside some kung-fu stuff but.
By the name of Matt Easton there must be manuscripts about the techniques used with the Zweihänder or simply those used with two-handed weapons. Altho i’d have to go scavenging through his videos to find out they’re names >_>
I don’t know of any particular named styles, but I’ve seen 2-handed sword techniques being demonstrated and illustrated (in period product, no less), and it was quite a bit more involved and advanced than the movies generally make it out to be, at least against armored opponents.
It makes melee attacks silent, and it gives precise strike… but its version of precise strike works with weapons and make slashing weapons deal double damage.
So yeah, ninjitsu is pretty darn awesome with all swords.
Speaking of MA’s…I can see why we have Aikido to choose from (that extra pain with less damage is great to disable NPCs), but NPCs beign what they are currently Aikido is a huge waste of precious points beign mostly fluff.
So could it be tweaked to more stevensegalkind as seen in his movies by adding an offensive technique or two?
I picked up Genetically Unstable as my first mutation … well … ever. When it rains, it pours, I guess…
I don’t suppose there is a way to find out when I picked up that mutation? I have a feeling that either the sewers or the hazardous waste sarcophagus were not good places to loot without a cleansuit…
Not sure of sewers can be radioactive, but the hazardous waste containment will definitely fuck you up.
The sewers are harmless, but its inhabitants arent.
The sarcophagus on the other hand is heavily irradiated, and high radiation poisoning can cause you to develop mutations.
And last I checked, you won’t find the Wish-Granter in there.
Get out of here, Stalker.
EDIT: When you fail to install a bionic, the message always differs. The installation fails, you screw up the installation, you FLUB the installation, etc. Is this randomly picked, or does it hint at how severely the roll failed?
What about drinking sewer water?
I think that only gives you food poisoning and parasites.
However, the sewage sample you get from the basement of the waste water cleaning stations can make you mutate.
That is some serious shit. owo
By my (outdated) information, there are 3 (probably more.) failed bionic installations, one is the generic fail where nothing happens, the second is where you get a faulty bionic which does bad stuff to you, and the third is where it hurts you and gives you pain but that’s it.
Anyho, I’m jumping into the world of mounted turrets, what are the 1 B M m turret modes?
1 Shot, Burst and Manual.
1 Shot and Burst will automatically Fire on all enemies as soon as the turrets are activated, Manual will activate the turrets, but they only shoot when you manually target at something.
Ahem. I’m talking about the message BEFORE it reports the actual result. I’ve gotten all those flavor messages preceding a faulty bionics install. :V
Hence wanting to know if they actually meant something or were picked at random.

Drat. I was almost hoping it would hint at the results of the install roll. Would be informative. owo
They go outside your vehicle. The tile cannot have any other vehicle parts, I believe. Ram slowly, like below 50km/h. No need to drive fast. Shredders do not need separate activation from the vehicle controls, which means they’re probably always on. Sometimes the shredders don’t seem to hit, and instead the monster collides with whatever is behind the shredder. For me that’s usually a heavy frame.
I have to say, I now have 5 shredders mounted in front of my APC, and it’s uhhh… how should I put this… glorious.
I should try slapping one on a unicycle. o3o

Can you hot-wire a car with a screwdriver? I sure couldn’t figure out how.

Did we change how arrows work? I can no longer fire unfletched arrows, but the thing is, I have 3 Archery, Fabrication, and Survival but Fletched arrows arn’t showing up as a crafting option.
Also I still think Moose are OP with the introduction of in-fighting. It’s my fault for choosing not to delete them out of my game, but still.
