I’ve been thinking about this myself for the same reasons… I’ll seperate these into “stuff every Character can have” and “stuff a Space Marine should have, but that are locked behind mutually exclusive Tresholds”
Traits/Mutations:
1.) Quick/Fleet-Footed/Road-Runner, Deft
2.) Extremely Strong/Extremely Dextrous/Extremely Perceptice/Extremely Smart
3.) Full Nightvision, Infrared Vision, Nictating Membrane
4.) Very Fast Healer, Pain Resistant, Quick Pain Recovery, Robust Genetics, Strong Stomach
5.) Disease Immune, Parasite Immune, Infection Resistant, Addiction Resistant, Substance Tolerance
6.) Less Sleep, Good Hearing, Light Eater
7.) Tough, Durable, Unbreakable, Thick-Skinned, Tough Feet, Resilient
8.) Regeneration
9.) Good Memory, Optimist
10.) Packmule, Strong Back, Self-Aware,
Post-Treshold Exclusive Mutations:
Prime: Prime Strength/Dex/Int/Per, Very Little Sleep
ELF-A: Very Little Sleep, Tireless
Medical: Very Quick Pain Recovery, Infection Immune
Ursine/Cattle: Large (and probably Freakishly Huge too)
Ursine/Beast: Insanely Strong
Ursine/Cattle/Medical/Chimera: Solidly Built
Ursine/Cattle: TAAANK
Ursine/Raptor/Chimera/Beast: Apex Predator
Troglobite/Rat/Chimera/Raptor: Intestinal Fortitude

I’ll leave the number of storage and generation devices (though really, Joint Torsion Ratchet is the only one that “fits”) up to you.
Power Armor Interface Mk II is a no-brainer.

Equipment:
1.) Heavy Power Armor, Heavy Power Armor Helmet, Power Armor Hauling Frame (Armor)

3.) RM88 Battle Rifle (closest analogue to a bolter)

Build the entire thing off a person of middling intellect, but good Perception (10+) and exceptional Strength and Dexterity (12+ base at least).
