Fairly certain it’s purpose is to scrap for spare parts, so no.
You can only cauterize bite wounds, not infected ones, and cauterization has a 50% chance of making things worse right now (if you cauterize immediately you might be able to do it twice, giving a total of a 75% chance of success, but elsewise it’s a 50/50 cure or upgrade to infected result).
Anyone else been having problems regarding the warm weather in the latest version?
I’m currently on day 18 of spring in the experimental 2030 version, and i’ve more or less cleared a small city and built a stockpile of food and ammo; even found a car in pristine condition.
but to get to the point, i’m getting tempatures of in and around 17C+, which results in my body temp becoming “very hot” or worse virtually the moment i step outside, even if i’m wearing clothing with little combined warmth. it’s hampering my atempts at scavenging and is a general all around annoyance; and as such any assistance or tips to handle this would be welcomed.

Hot at 17C seems a bit odd, im playing with an experimental from yday, im half way through spring and its 12C, im wearing normal gear and some extra warm things like woolen socks and arm warmers and im only comfortable

are you perhaps wearing winter survivor gear + more clothes??
effect of control laptop last pernament or only for short time?
What can you eat to get the best battery power using the Internal Furnace bionic? I discovered much to my delight that you can pick up and eat entire logs in one gulp, giving MASSIVE amounts of battery power. Anything else this useful?
I dunno, but you could try drinking gasoline.
I generally just eat whatever is handy. In a pinch I bust up some furniture. None of it is super effective by itself, but there is just so much crud laying about you can eat.
best stuff to eat with furnace is fire extiguisher (nearly useless) and wood is good (cheap)
Eat the fire extinguisher to produce eletricty through combustion? That’s weird as hell
Has the 90-minute grace period been removed from Dynamic Spawn? I seem to be meeting zombies and special zombies right from the start.
Is there any way to stop my generator vehicle from producing smoke, thus flooding my workshop with it?
It’s been gone for a long time, even before static spawn was implemented I believe.
Place it on an outside tile?
Oh, brilliant idea, why didn’t I think of that before Actually, that what’s I’ve been doing the last few days. But I’m looking for a way to neutralize the smoke. Is there any other way?
Try finding a filter mask or some other apparatus that protects you from the smoke.
Other than that, perhaps you can try to figure out how smoke propagation works? If it doesn’t pass through quarter-panels / boards / doors, then you could temporarily block it off when operating it.
Make a box like so:
M
***
Legend:
*: Frame with Board installed
M: Frame with Board and Muffler installed.
Smoke should only show up in the empty square and the boarded frames should keep it in. At least it did when I just tested it out(full disclosure, had a 4x3 box with two empty spots in the middle when I tried). Also, if I remember correctly, if the generator has more than one engine, use more than one muffler and expand/duplicate the box as needed.
Edit: Supplemental testing shows quarterpanels block the smoke from escaping as well.
engie from lawnmover with muffler do not make much smoke too but is good to sleep in smoke i everytime when i enter my base i throw some wood at braizer and create smoke to kill my scent no zombears storming my doors for realy long time
Wait, does that mean that “shallow” (aka white) smoke is harmless now?
