Playing the experimental after a month or so away. I keep getting, your joints ache messages and I’m not sure exactly whats causing them. Any ideas?
Looks like pain cysts, a form of foodborne parasite. There have been a number of new diseases added. Better find some antiparasitics!
For my part, I also just downloaded the latest experimental. Is there a reason the terminal height and width options have vanished?
I did accidentally eat raw meat and rain water so that’s possible. Better go raid a doctors office then.

How much is the legal limit to put Mininukes right next to your gasoline tank?
Because im pretty sure it exploded.

Did that. Uh, the options are selectable but it appears they’re not visible. I scroll past ‘Animation Delay’ and the option descriptions at the top go to the size options, but they aren’t anywhere in the list. Hmm.

It may no work or cause the game to crash on startup, but you could try to open the options.txt file inside the config folder and edit/add the settings manually. They are:
TERMINAL_X desired width here
TERMINAL_Y desired height here

Mininukes wont spontaneously explode under conditions of extreme stress, mundane gasoline filled tanks will however.
When your gasoline tanks break completely and the vehicle is moving, a chance exists that you will blow up in a glorious fireball.

The best way to kick addiction is to hole up somewhere (preferably underground) and just sit there. For days. Read a skill book or something, 'cause it’s gonna take a while.
My best setup is probs a tailor. Making backpacks and endgame armor easily is great for me.
Alright i’m back and still can’t learn this vehicle welding unit recipe. I managed to find a different book it was in, a fabrication book, and read it a while until it gave me the maximum skill it could(6), and then it said there were more recipes to learn but I wasn’t skilled enough to learn them. Currently at 6 fabrication and 8 electronics, is there a different skill involved? or maybe i just need one more level in fabrication?
Edit: Disregard that, just managed to learn it from the book. Took 8 fabrication and 8 electronics.
What happened to gun basements? I didn’t see any spawning so I decided to savescum to see if one would but they don’t. Have they been removed or just made really rare?

nope I had two in the same small town there was a fair few guns and ammo in one and mostly guns in another

Addiction withdrawal? Temperature has currently nothing to do with you getting sick at all, only health affects those rolls.
