And I've been wondering why labs are so cold.
Thats what we call an ice lab. They get colder the deeper you go. Any lab you find has a % chance of being an ice lab.
Managing to get all the way to the bottom and getting the finale that is just a goddam flaming eye and his mates in glass jars while you bits are all falling off from frostbite is a bit of a bitch.
They are good for storing meat in to keep if fresh for longer though.

most simple is to forget about tracker and just mark your vehicle on map every time when you exit it

If its any help going to your actual car and turning the tracker off and on again will often fix the phantom car thing.
I think there is a vaccine now and that boots protect from it.

Just look for it in the crafting menu, under the food tab.
If you can’t find it, you need to work on your cooking skill.
You can apply the hot bonus to food by 'a’ctivating a hotplate on it, this will improve its enjoyability but won’t actually cook anything.

Read all the skill books. I’m too lazy to list…
(G)rab them. (D)rop things into them.
As above, [G]rab will get you pulling one around. (You can also use this to drag furniture and motorbikes around, but don’t expect to pull a car unless you’ve got crazy strength.) You then need to use either [D] for a directional drop or [/] for the advanced inventory management. The latter lets you take things from other tiles and drop it directly into the cart.

You can do that so you have a foot powered cart, but i recommend to get something bigger than that (like a motocycle or the adorable beetle). Just care, a shopping cart can carry only 200 vol., any extra item go to the floor.
Or just stand on the shopping cart and (d)rop items on it the normal way. First thing I do when I get a shopping cart is replace the basket with a trunk, it holds a lot more stuff.
