Is there any way to create a permanent source of water (such a pump or preferably a pond)?
Or am I forced to find a LMOE or some building with a waterpond nearby?

Digging a well and installing a pump is pretty much the top-level construction project. (The well is more difficult than mining a downstair, IIRC.) Check the construction menu and get crackin’.

try funnels and barrels during rain and drizzle this same way you can have acid water during acid rain and acid dirzzle

OK, So I finally think I have the skill to at least try and remove these bad bionics on my own.

But I still don’t know if it’s safe enough. If I try to remove them and fail, will it kill me assuming I have full health?

I’m not fragile or anything like that, and have 12 strength. So how lethal is this?

Roughly 70 damage to every body part, IIRC. 10-11 ST can make it. 12 should survive, though you’re gonna need to stay safe and heal/burn a few first-aid kits.

It absolutely will still rot >_<
I don’t know why people are giving out bad info about this.

CBMs are the easiest way.

seems like even ST 8 can survive that. Alright, I’ll take your word for it, hopefully the surgery will just succeed and I wont have to worry about it.

Skill 9 isn’t overkill for removal, FWIW.
Jackhammer or pickax.

Grenades also work, though anything bigger then a grenade might make additional mess.
Ah, thanks. Sadly, I’ve only come across one Jackhammer in all my playthroughs thusfar, and no pickaxes, so I’ll have to keep my eyes open.

Got a slightly more technical question. With Wander Spawns, are you supposed to have Static Spawn on or off? I ask, because another playthrough had me doing pretty well (had a suppressed TEC-9 and some ammo, was setting up a base and working on acquiring a car), right up until a Shrieker suprised me and screamed in my face. Next thing I know, despite the horde being a little ways to the north and never actually on my position, I was suddenly getting swarmed by dozens of zombies. Burnt through ~100 rounds, got 40-50 kills, and the things were still coming, but the horde never actually was on my position (in fact, most of them were spawning to the south, away from the horde). The gun wasn’t creating that much noise, so aside from the initial shrieker, I’m not sure if it was Dynamic Spawn that was creating all those zombies, or if it was the horde.

(And does anyone know when the limited hordes are coming to the compiled builds? Just curious, thanks.)

EDIT: Dropped a parenthesis.

I lucked out in my current playthrough; a garage spawned with a car already crashed into it, there was rubble everywhere, and there was some rebar at the edge of the pile.

You can get rebar from burning buildings.

Or blowing them up. Anything that destroys walls will give you rebar.

Speaking of such, where do I get the pickaxe recipe?

From a book, can’t remember the name.

where i can find cargo carrier?

The Pickaxe recipe can be found in two books in the Experimentals, Engineering 301 and the DIY Compendium.

You have to craft it.

You have to craft it.
Or you can salvage them out of tractor-trailer trailers, if you can find one that’s not totally wrecked.

Wander spawns use dynamic spawning rules regardless of whether you have static spawn set or not, it’s part of what makes them experimental and default to off.
We don’t have static hordes yet, when we do, setting static vs dynamic would affect hordes as well.
