Why did my game change from English to German? Where can I change the language?
How exactly do different wheels affect vehicles? Is bigger shafts better until you hit weight issues? Would a bike with giant tires accelerate and handle better or worse? A motorcycle? A car?
Generally the bigger ones are tougher than the smaller ones, also heavier, but if you need to do 300km/h, then cross that bridge when you come to it.
I slap 8 armored wheels on my truck to have spares.
I think bigger wheels have more hitpoints and so are less likely to disintegrate when you hit (ram) things, but of course they’re heavier and so will slow down a low-powered vehicle.
I tend to use the largest wheels I have conveniently available, since I typically overengine my vehicles anyway.
Grenades also work,though anything bigger then a grenade might make additional mess.
i got realy big problem i started to throw up heavily but i am not poisoned i tried install blood analys to check what is going on but this ended with nice colection of fail bionics

Rookie! 
I think if you delete your lang folder inside the data folder it should be reset to your system language, which is hopefully english.

It’s a localization thing. Last I knew you had to nuke the localization file, but don’t quote me on that.

Yeah, try deleting the /lang (or equivalent) folder. (Feel free to make a backup copy first, though.)
How do you reload vehicle turrets? I finally managed to mount an M249 on my car, but I can’t figure out how to load the thing.
Drop the relevant ammo onto its tile. Helps if you drop a few rounds at a time: for 5.56, 200-400 rounds prime it pretty well.
Hey guys, i’m having trouble keeping my temperature down, and I have a horde coming straight for my WW1 Farm Bunker Of Landmines. I don’t want to get into combat with my guy on Very Hot, and I don’t have any CBMs or Mutations.
Because of this, I need your guy’s help on how to lower body heat.
Oh, and the zombie horde is pretty much Hulks, and Brutes…
Thats why I have a huge amount of explosives and my motorcycle on standby.

Zombie horde got across Death Bridge, with very few casualties from mines, and just ROLFSTOMPED my house. Until of course, I poured gasoline all over the place, let the horde come in,
and then I just smoked a cigarette, and threw it in.
And my Motorcycle blew up, leaving me stranded.
With zombies on Fast Zombie mode too.

Retreat to a 1 tile wide window, cut your torso enc down to 1, whip out the broadsword and go to town.
