The Debug Menu Teleport deletes all enemies on that map tile, I think.
Also, if you teleport into a solid wall with it, you die.
Well, that got changed at some point then.
At this point the DDA wiki is basically the same as the Zombie Survival Guide book in-game.
“This seems like it should be useful given the circumstances, but the sheer amount of misinformation present makes it practically useless.”
Things are just updated too quickly and there isn’t enough manpower on the wiki to make it even close to the best source of information on the game.
That said every person who wants to help contribute to the wiki makes it that much better!
its realy hard to keep up to date if new experimental is comming out few times in 1 day
Most of the things it changes are tweaks…
Ver. bfa8d94 (experimental).
Last time I used teleporter I managed to gib a skeleton.
Debug-porting doesn’t remove the enemies and works like a normal teleport.
On the topic of wiki: What about adding an automated system? Like:
-On the wiki, clock “Update”.
-If there is a new version, then update the stats and the description.
-If there are some new items, create pages for them.
This way, new stuff and stat tweaks will be visible. All guides will be useful since usage rarely changes.
Hey guys was gonna submit a bug report and realized im a noob that doesn’t know anything about traits.
So I got near sighted trait, and im trying to read a book and its giving me the message, Its difficult to see fine details right now, reading will take longer than usual.
is this related to the trait? Because if so there is a major bug in the experimental im playing I have both contact lenses and reading glasses
i do not have this problem maybe try only reading glasss or only lenses
Is it possible to break a house’s inside walls, like you can break furniture?
I’ve tried whacking them with a sledgehammer, but it seems like they won’t break, even though you can [s] them.
It’s cause I’d like to expand my storage room somewhat.

From what I have experienced, this is probably due to poor lighting.
For breaking walls and such, you should get a jackhammer or a sonic resonator CBM, explosives can work, but they might also bring the roof down or light everything on fire.

What is your view range at night based on? My character could see like 13x13 squares at one point, but now it’s limited to 5x5…?

Technically the weather is clear, which means that there’s no clouds out and the moonlight is probably passably bright at times.
And one of the least-well-indicated features in the game: DDA inherited Cataclysm’s moon phases. Full moon gives plenty of light.

we have moon phases? why we can’t see what phase we have?
I agree, being able to see moon phases will add more the game, It helps in the sims
Because that would make sense
Maybe the devs don’t want to clutter the HUD anymore
