Triggering alarms on certain buildings[Includes zombies breaking windows on them] (Banks, pawn shops and maybe police stations) spawns an eye bot which will cause police robots to show up first, then if your nearby for too long stuff like that shows up.[/quote]
I think at the moment most of them actually don’t show up at all. I seem to remember posting an issue to Github that we needed to add a robot factory or something similar to justify spawning them somewhere.

Whee… If you find yourself low on rags… no idea how you would… if you have a good tailioring skill you can create a hoodie/trench-coat which cost 12-11 rags and cutting them up gives 17… if you have no qualms about expoiting bugs

so… any tips how to fight turrets without using granades?

Wait till it’s dark and snipe them. Or, if you want their delicious 9mm casings to reload for your Cx4 Storm, armor yourself as heavily as possible and stand just outside of their accurate range and wait until they run out of ammo, then walk up, grab the casings, then move back some distance and shoot them.

Wait till it's dark

im in lab and its dark as fuck

If you’re standing outside their circle of light it should be easy enough, just shoot them. Of course, make sure you don’t have a light source of your own turned on.

alright, thanks for the info. if you dont consider it as cheating, could you tell me how many tiles are their light range?

For me it’s easier to fight in the lab.
Slug or any AP ammo, automatic mode. Done.

So, I decided to stop by a gas station and fill up my gallon jug.

This happened:

gallon jug of gaslone (3000)

Is that normal?

Yes, gasoline and water/any other liquid use different units of measurement. As you can see, one unit of water is equivalent to 200 units of gasoline.

Is one unit of water equal to one unit of acid water?

Yes, or they used to be when I last used acid water

Yeah it was before .A but im not quite sure if its still like that.

Hi again. I just broke my CDDA.

Am on Windows 8.1 0.A SDL. Was set to fullscreen and then decided to see what would happen if I changed the terminal size, so I set both values to max. Idiot move, I know. Now the game doesn’t start. Anyone know how I can fix it?

Thanks.

P.S. Should I maybe add something in the “Garage”?

Edit the options file in Notepad where you had Cataclysm installed, under the data folder, to set the values under terminal size to defaults, or just delete the entire options file.

Thanks. I’m using Raga’s, but my sidebar is unnecessarily big. Is why I tried to change the size. Sorry for all these stupid things I’m doing and asking, I’m still very new to things. Is there a way to make the sidebar small while in fullscreen?

Edit - If there is maybe a way to change the font size, it will be narrower?

Don’t apologize, everyone does stupid things, it’s the only way to learn how to do things the smart way

I think there’s an option that allows you to make the sidebar more compact, look in there.

However, the font size I don’t understand how to solve. Try using a different tileset, I think those impact the font.

It may be harder to tell if you have full night vision, so just walk towards one until you get the “You hear a beep-beep-beep” message.

Shopping carts were nerfed D:

Recently, they could contain an entire region of city, now, they can’t. What volume and max. mass allowed for them now?

If you mean “recently” as in the last stable maybe, but I don’t know of anything that has changed them in the last month or so. Current shopping cart volume limit is 200 volume.
