Currently storage clothes are all currently the same as they were before. Only boots got changed (mainly because the way they work is kinda a bit of a hack).
Ah. Well, still cool though. Hopefully I never get to a point where my last resort lie in the fungal bloom I call inside my boot.
Next time, the fungal bloom may be from within your boot.
Not if I keep a knife there!
Triple points: Cheese wire.
Functions as a garotte in a pinch and much more concealable.
Was raiding a bunker and got mutated.
I cant figure out how. All i was doing was finger hack spamming a panel
I didn’t have a gieger counter with me to check the ground but their should be any radiation…right?
Earlier i did throw some dynamite around to break in.
( i wanted to get rid of “volatile explosives” in case IRL they explode in my base)
Luckily i recently installed a integrated dosimeter that i found there and it did say i had 60 radiation. But in my experience 400 is required to mutate. ( I read books in radioactive meteorite rubble to get mutations )
Edit: second question
I made a world without enabling the gun mod and medival weapon mod.
What am i missing out of it?
Explosives don’t randomly blow up.
Like i said, IRL dynamite is unstable. I have a very realistic game play.
Mmm. K then.
You can actually mutate with as low as 61 radiation. The game picks a random number between (inclusively) 60 and 2500, if it’s less then your current radiation you mutate. Then it takes your current radiation amount, divides it by 2, and then subtracts 5.
What are cash cards for?
Just discovered ATMs and vendomats, but if I can just break them, why do I need cash?
If you break them you summon police bots.
Which is just fine if you can take them, so it’s just another hazard for newbies.
Are there any methods of training up the electronics skill besides reading books and installing CBMs?
I was wondering the same thing.

For the moment vending machines are all that they can be used for, the main function of the original PR that added them was to do all of the behind the scenes work to make such a thing possible rather then focusing on applying it. In the future there are definitely plans for more things that use it (automated hotel rooms, parking garages, NPC trading) that are now possible to be added because the background framework exists.
Making stuff/trying to make stuff with the electronics skill, the higher the difficulty the more skill gain IIRC, at low levels you also seem to get a bit of skill from pulling electronic stuff apart. So in a pinch you can go into an electronics store, crank your mood right up with drugs and music then start ripping stuff apart and putting it back together, you can do the same thing with first aid by making bandages, first aid kits and the like.
Disassemble a flashlight. Build a flashlight. Disassemble it. Repeat until bored.
Hey guys, i’m a bit curious, what is the number that’s right next to the “spd” indicator for? it has a red background, and for me, right now, it has a “147”, but whenever I move, it drops down to “132”.
That’s how many turns it takes for you to move IIRC.
