What NPCs’ spawn rate do you recommend in order to encounter them once / twice a month?

strange i fight only with normal zombies, but my char have slowly raising rad and i dont see any building on map that have radiation

Do you play with PK’s Rebalancing?

If so that is the culprit because it makes it very easy to get irradiated, all zombies (including regular zombies), most other monsters, eating most food, drinking clean water, being infected and many other things all irradiate you. Better get the radiation scrubber bionic quick or else trying to stay alive will become a massive pain.

yeah, play with PK, but radiation start bother me only 2-3 days ago and maybe its PK related again, but why evac shelters have stairs to roof but dont have roof, stair lead nowhere?

I don’t play with PK and I’ve never experienced random radiation so it might be the case.

Does the color of the mobs name on your compass means something?, i know the lone letter is to identify it in case you are playing on ascii mode, but no idea on the full name

Yes, light gray and white aren’t very dangerous, pink/light red are mildly dangerous, and red is really dangerous. The difficulty scale is fairly approximate and some things are a little mis-categorized, and you may feel that a zombie necromancer isn’t as dangerous as a kevlar hulk. You have to evaluate the opposition based on your abilities, but color coding the names gives a heads-up.

What’s going on with food requirements in the latest experimental?
I’ve never seen any game-play effect of not eating for an in-game day or two. Even metabolic interchange CBM seems to keep working just fine.

Do the spawned reinforced windows (Windows with boards over them that are not created) have really low health values? I had a zombie child smack one and it litterally shattered, which is super weird.

did you check the current health before the breaking?, maybe it was spawned with low health already

Why isnt posibble to dig through solid rock?, i want to make an underground base, but i can only dig a downstair then i cant break the rock

You can, just not in the construction menu - activate a pickaxe or jackhammer on rock.

nope, not even while wielding the tool with auto mining is on

weird, i can dig thorugh normal walls but not the solid rock. it jsut says i cant drill here (with the jackhammer)
