Spray can flamthrower re balence

currently the spray can flame thrower recipe is a bit weird

it says it has a small pump to refill it when you don’t actually need one. I know typically if you want to refill an arousal can most people use a tire valve and and air compressor, so a pump that you have to craft should be required.

also the spray can should have two different ammo values, one for air, one for what ever you loaded into it.

To be honest, the only thing we need is a chance for it to blow up in your face. 2 different ammo values, are you joking? That’d be hard to code.
