Seperate pools for stats and skills?

First I’m not sure if this fit better here or in general but it seemed better here. I hear that back in the Whales version the plans were to split the points for character building between stats and skills and just want to know if this was still the in the plans or if it has changed since.

yea this needs to happen. 4-6 points for stats, 3 points for traits and 4-6 points for skills. and the ability to choose a profession perhaps. it just doesn’t make sense to spend a point in dodge when you could spend a point in dexterity instead atm.
