Looks like you had a 40mm weapon generated by something (downloaded mod?) that didn’t know about 40mm being split into multiple types: https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/pull/35865
You may need to edit your save (make backups) and replace “40mm” with one of new types.
