That’s not a bug, that’s just a feature of peeking mechanics.

I dont follow why this is a problem.
I’ve noticed it looks like zombies would be able to see you, but they really can’t. The exclamation mark when peeking in any case is misleading. I think it might be there to show you that if you move on that tile you’ll be seen.
