Bug report, I tried the download decryption codes quest from the doc at the refugee center.
It’s supposed to send me to a lab disguised as a house in a city. It sent me to a normal lab I had already explored instead, AND spawned three computers right outside the refugee center door that I could use to download the codes.
On a related note, I’ve noticed that these various “download data” quests tend to spawn a bunch of computers pretty randomly in whatever lab you are being sent. I’ve had them spawn in clusters in hallways, and replace wall sections.
In addition, they a have a tendency to overwrite computers that control doors, like to bionics vaults and barracks for example. I’ve had that happen a lot, and had to either go fetch a jackhammer from my vehicle to get through the door or use the quantum tunnel CBM.
