Is there really no way to turn on aisle lights without starting the engine?

i might just be dumb, but i cannot find a way to turn on just the lights without starting the engine, i dont want to start the engine since it makes noise when i do and it doesnt make sense to be unable to do it seperately since they can run seperately

[e]xamine the tile on which the controls of your vehicle are (basically the driver seat), and it should bring up the menu to switch lights or other electronics withour the engine being on
