I’m not sure if bullets hit vehicles or go straight for you since I don’t use them much, but I got an idea for a shield like item… For ranged attacks, anyways. It’d work kinda like the folding bike where you can deploy it and store it, then you can drag/push it infront of you while you go past/towards a turret so your shield takes damage instead of you. [size=8pt]I want my proper shields though :([/size]
Why not just make a pavise? They were large shields archers and crossbowmen would deploy then fire from behind.
(A)ctivate it from the inventory to put it between you and enemy fire
(G)rab it like a shopping cart to advance or fall back
Step out and (f)ire when no longer at a disadvantage
(E)xamine the pavise to put it back in your inventory

Yeah, that’s exactly what I was thinking. Didn’t know there was a proper name for something like that though.
