It’s the eye. It’s like it was looking to the front, while it’s actually being seen from the side! It’s just that, and everything else should fix itself!

Yeah, even if xe’s glancing sideways, the eye’d be more shifted from the front. Rest of the head seems OK.

BACK STORY TIME, PREPARE FOR YOUR MIND EXPLODING (unless chaz says this is a no go)

I had no clue what he meant by “Project Skybreaker”, But didn’t really care. I had more things to worry about; My mind felt numb, I felt as if my consciousness was pushed deep into the depths. I was a prisoner of my own body, I couldn’t control anything. I could only watch as I murdered countless people, shouting some bullshit about turf and gang wars.
Then you two. The guilt was just terrible, I couldn’t do anything but scream internally. Then there was one who managed to escape me, and put me down. And now I’m here, in so much pain. But, I can feel again, and It is probably because of the blood that is no longer in me.

I’m so sorry for what I’ve done, and I thank you for freeing the real me,
But oh god please don’t shoot me again.

AW hell yeah, I love seeing character stories intertwine. Well, my thoughts are that Coulter had been shifted to another lab after being taken off of Skybreaker, so he would likely be seeking revenge. He probably worked on some secret genetics project based on his notes from the failed Skybreaker project before the cataclysm hit, and then decided to find some poor near-dead sucker to inject.

I might need to think on that some more, but yeah. At some point in Coulter’s storyline he either gets bit or possibly deliberately turns himself into a zombie, but that would probably happen well after this comic!

I’m glad you like the idea! I also love mashing up story lines as it gives a feeling of a world, so everyone isn’t just in a empty expanse filled with monsters and stupid people (NPCs).

And I almost forgot Dr. Coulter was cut from the team. Good thing the bottom left of the card is unintelligible!

Not criticizing, or anything, not really. but, clips come with an overhang (Most of the time) or double overhang on sids or something on some double stack clips so the spring in the bottom doesn’t make them all pop out of clip before its in gun. If I had tried to draw this I probably would’ve tried for a while then erased them…then erased everything else cuz I can’t draw in the first place. Just thought Id throw that out there, its a rather tricky piece to draw. And you can still tell what it is without so prob for best anyways. Nice work again and kickass storytelling.

I don’t know if this is what Steelmaniac was alluding to, but a “clip” is a device that holds bullets in a package that’s easy to load into the magazine or firearm, while a “magazine” is the actual container that holds the bullets waiting to be fired by the weapon. I think the confusion comes from weapons like the Mosin-Nagant M1891/30, which have internal magazines that are loaded by inserting what’s called a “stripper clip”, but what was being loaded in FoobyDude’s comic was a detachable box magazine.

Also here’s a little snippet. Just practicing drawing human faces so I can draw 'em better.

Seb here is the project leader of Project Skybreaker. He compiles the notes the project supervisors make, and although he’s a bit of an asshole and often interrupts people when they’re talking, when he catches wind of serious misconduct he deals with it swiftly and in a most straightforward, if slightly unorthodox manner. When Dr. Farnes finally got through to him about Coulter’s physical abuse of Chaz, his first response was to tell Farnes to get her medical team ready.

Unfortunately he didn’t beat the snot out of Coulter, but he did talk to Chaz, and in doing so confirmed, with his own eyes (and his right arm) that Chaz was only biting Coulter out of fear and self-preservation. Satisfied that Farnes’ claims were right, he immediately “promoted” Coulter to a project way the fuck away from his science compound, and put Farnes in charge of looking after Chaz.

Chaz himself has mixed feelings about Seb. He finds Seb to be very intimidating (In fact he is the only person to find Seb intimidating - the lab staff all agree he’s somewhat childish and very much non-threatening), and Chaz has some resentment towards him for starting Project Skybreaker in the first place, as well as for continuing to treat him like he’s some kind of kid. On the other hand, Seb did get rid of Coulter and put Farnes in charge of taking care of him, so he respects Seb for that.

Seb feels some sympathy towards Chaz (Who he refuses to refer to as anything other than C.W. ), but he has preconceived notions about mental illnesses - something that Chaz and Farnes both resent (Chaz to a larger degree than Farnes), and he has a tendency to be patronizing when he’s legitimately trying to be kind towards Chaz.

Feel free to use it for inspiration if you want, or say ‘piss off ya yappy yank’ to whatever degree, ratio, or percentage you want (o-100% anyone?)

Here’s my submission for the collab!

And sure, I could use the help with GameMaker! I’m really not 100% sure where to start on it, I haven’t used GameMaker… at all, really. I used a similar program waaaaaaay back called The Games Factory (I still have the CD for that somewhere here, ahaha) but yeah! I’m glad folks here wanna help me do the thing, I certainly wanna do it as well, I just open up GameMaker and then I sorta… freeze at the starting screen, ahaha.
