the other pic is good, not adorable, but still really good. send the artist an internet cookie for me.
Ew, PRC manufacturing.
KA101 made a plush stuffed X (3’ by 3’ by about 4") for a calculus-loving colleague once: make the plushies without The Jungle-style labor!
I just google custom plushy, and that was the first thing. I did no research at all. I will do research, because I want a Chaz plush pretty bad now.

Ohh, the world is unfair. I can, but i am too far and unpossibilited.
Let’s cry in each other’s shoulders.
Hah! That’s awesome, man Thank you! I should totally do a Let’s Play series with Chaz Serir as my survivor for a little change, for sure. I’m glad you liked his design enough to draw him!
I still haven’t figured out an appropriate backstory for him - I figured he sorta ended up in some sort of transdimensional portal accident and ended up in New England in the far future, much like how the nether creatures end up making their way in through portals.
I’m also pretty amused - I leave the thread alone for the day and suddenly everyone wants a ChazMoth plushie. Did I… did I just become the unofficial mascot of Cataclysm what’s going on
Now that is a super-neat drawing! Hats off to Henzy; he did a real good job of making Chaz look badass!
I was totally going to have a go at drawing another pic of my main character (the backwards cigarette one), but my bamboo tablet doesn’t seem to be working and stuff. I think I need a new pen, so I’m currently waiting for one! I REALLY WANNA DRAW RIGHT THIS SECOND UGGGGG IM SO INFURIATED I SPLIT MY TEA
I might see if I can get a commission from someone whilst I wait; I dunno…
The fun part was figuring out how to merge the styles just right, as StopSignal’s character has a very fun and interesting design |D But yeah, just a little doofy idea I had in my head where StopSignal finds ChazSerir unconscious and hurt pretty bad, takes him back to his safehouse and patches him up.
No idea how close to character that would be but it got stuck in my head and I had to doodle it!

Awhhh thanksssss!
And if I know you in the cataclysm, I’m pretty sure that’d be what I’d do, hahaha. To take care of our people is a must!

this is REALLY fucking cool. You get an internet cookie.
Tried to photograph myself doing that pose. Couldn’t get a good angle, but it’s not at all comfortable here in my office, let alone on a motorcycle at speed.
Competent women are sexy, sure. Not so much when some mean artist made 'em strike a pose whilst driving, causing a fatal crash and resulting in a survivor zed.
I do enjoy this corrections movement for a lot of reasons. I mean, of course, there’s challenging the impossible portrayal of women and I agree with that, but you can see other great things in the notes under the pic:
-Pay attention to skeletons in your people. Invisible, but always there! (dun dun dunnnnn)
-Understanding how real bodies move, whether standing or mid-action. This is very hard to do without referencing (see below).
-Fabric physics, where it pulls, where it doesn’t.
-The act of searching for references (lots of new artists don’t do this enough! It’s not the same as tracing, it is a-ok to use references. Use many in one pic!)
-And of course, attention to character: their role and purpose shapes their form, their personality will impact how they express themselves via poses or whatnot.
These are just really good things to consider as an artist, in addition to the important dialogue about female objectification. Good work ethic makes for ever-better art. All-around, an A+ post.

Wow, all this are really good things indeed, but i seriously would have not been able to say all that the way you did. Makes it sound simple, haha. All those things are really fun, also.
