I’ve thought about church windows before, and how churches are so dark. It seems weird to me that the stained glass acts as walls, and the player can’t see to do anything inside during the day. I thought it would make sense for the glass to let light through, but not vision. That may be impossible, but I wish some walls could be that way. Does it make sense to anyone else?
Skylights should also be a thing. Same idea.
Sounds good to me.
This bug report is related to your problem. I don’t know whether the standard behavior is intended and the behavior with adjacent transparent tiles is the bug, or if the transparent tiles effect is intended and the standard behavior is a bug, but one way or another it’s clearly possible to have light-transmitting tiles that don’t transmit vision, at least under certain circumstances.
