When inventory weight becomes an issue i often want to pour some of my liquids like 1 charge of disinfectant to lower the weight a bit, but there is currently no way to pour the amount of choice, only the full amount.

Presuming that you have access to glass flasks. Not always the easiest to find.
Totally aggree. You may only find thoose in corpse-scientits , lab, school, sewer, lab, FEMA camps, at last. (In case you want to try find one a day)

There’s enough stuff in the game already that adds an extra prompt; I don’t feel it’d be worthwhile to add a ‘pour entire quantity’ prompt whenever moving liquids. The specific cases of wanting to separate liquid stacks are kinda niche in comparison with the utility of a default pour everything, in my opinion.
