I think it’s supposed to be NPC related, but at the moment it actually has no effects at all.

I wonder if your face is distorted first though, they should really have a function or just remove it atm from spawning if it’s useless.

An interesting idea, though IIRC from the lore in an attempt to stop zombies one of the things they did to most robots was make their algorithms so strict that just about any human is considered a criminal/trespasser, which ended up resulting in copbots going crazy against humans.
