I have all the needed materials and tools (stones, hammer and shovel) but i cannot build the fireplace. It is grayed out in the construction menu, and it shows the tool with red, even if i have them in my inventory. Any help ?
Your construction skill is insufficient.
Either what Zolmir said, or your shovel simply isn’t cool enough. Make sure it has a suitable digging quality, and if it does (yet still doesn’t work), try to find a different digging tool.
This is a tiny display oversight.
If your skill is too low, it will redden out everything, not just what you actually do not have.
