Comparing an army helmet and a pickelhaube (yay for german history/heritage!) got me a bit flustered.
Last i checked 36>32 was still true. Not sure why a lower protection would be favorable and be colored green accordingly.
Is the code taking the coverage into account?
This seems likely.
At 85% coverage, 32 protection works out to 27.2 effective protection; while 70% coverage gives 36 protection an effective protection of 25.2.
However, this could probably be communicated more clearly.
