I dont know C, but in most games, the game figures out how large your monitor is and automatically adjusts. we do this with an option. what is involved and letting the game auto-detect and on startup ask if you want max game size. it does not need to be full screen. can be a window that covers everything but the start menu. if you dont want it, just hit ‘n’. this can be saved.
