a Idea for doors a slot carved out for shooting through this lets you make door traps (shotgun right to the slot and trigger outside the door)

I believe they are called “loopholes”. People inside “wild west” forts used to use them. In castles i think they were called “murderholes”.
No matter what you call em, this would be pretty cool.
