[5141] Jewelry doesn't grant morale buffs to stylish trait survivors

I notice that this issue hasn’t been fixed for many iterations of the experimentals now. Someone should take a look into this.

Also, pocket watches has the FANCY flag, so they should be a wearable item right? I mean, I wear one in real life.

Bumping this. Jewelry doesn’t seem to provide any advantage at all for fancy characters - its tied to a body part now.
