0.C-9563-g57efa62 - "Captive" NPCs treated as my followers when I talk to them

Run across the big military outpost for the first time, and there I came across some captives, and as soon as I talk to them the game considers them to be my followers.

It makes sense if you were rescuing them, but I’m not sure that’s taken into account yet. I’m not sure how developed this whole ‘captives’ thing is.
