UPS-modded firearm repair kit. It charges up but once full, you can use it indefinitely. The charge stays at 300.

Just to clarify this:
Charges AREN’T used if the kit is used to accurize guns. You can accurize guns infinitely in one sitting.
Charges ARE used correctly if the kit is needed in crafting.
