Yep. Soldering involves mechanics, sewing involves tailoring. Misc repair (toolbox, repair kit, etc) requires a minimum fabrication to use, but I can’t recall if it gives experience for using it.

I believe so, but you will also need a shovel to get most of them and is going to take a while.

In my opinion, this is the ONLY way to get nails, efficiently, anyway. One small house got me about eight THOUSAND nails. It took a little while to go through all the rubble, but it was worth it. It’s even better now that the prompt for cleaning up rubble is gone…

What do you guys recommend having ready for winter? I got a stone fireplace, a few braziers, tons of drinks and funnels putting water into some metal tanks and an aluminum keg, I built an extension to the house I’m in for storage, don’t have a lot of non-perishable food though.

So should I be canning food right now? It’s summer day 9. And also, do I need to either board up all my windows or put glass panes in them to preserve heat inside the house?

Board up windows, have some food prepared, and get some winter clothes ready.

Also…hmm. Code question, who knows a way to make wasps killable without them leaving a corspe? Right now they’re annoying and I’m plotting a PR to unfuck that without making them utterly passive window dressing.

Definitely removing the thing where “player weak” is an attack trigger though. Unless you’re fun-sized, wasps should not be trying to eat you. :V
