I’m not quite sure “Disarming” and “triggering” are the same thing.

No, they’re not, except from the perspective of “I don’t wanna get blown up by it”. In that case, remotely triggering it works just as well.
I actually generally leave the land mines alone, myself, if I know where they are and can safely avoid them reliably.
It turns out, after all, that leading a small horde of enemies through one is a really good way to thin them out!
Sure, it’d be more effective to have it set up where I want it, but that’s rarely a possibility for my characters.
How can i disarm a buried landmine? I see the mound of dirt, but i can’t disarm the mine.
I can dig a pit there, but still can’t see the mine. While walking over it is an effective way of disarming, not too realistic.
Ive disarmed them with maybe 50/50 success (as in occasionally, they go boom) in experimentals from about a month ago with high enough trapping skill (I think I had 4?) and power armor. You will want 10 PER to be sure of seeing the mines.
Hm, bug or feature? Was attacked by a zombie child, could hit and hurt it. since then, me and the child each fight the other - but no one hits. EVER. the fight goes on and on - no hits, no hurts. Even the noise is 0. Is this a bug? I changed weapons, still nothing. Went away a few tiles and came back - no hits. Seems strange, anyone knows the answer?
Maybe you were in big pains or had too many clothes, and that’s why you could not hit it. And you may have a good dodge skill, too.
If you’re too encumbered you can’t really hit the little thukkers until you’ve got a LOT of weapon skill, in which case, the best option is to drop a piece of paper or other flammable objects on the same tile as the target, then light it.

or lure it on bush
Where can I get an cvd machine to create diamond weapons? I’ve raided over 5 labs and I’ve yet to find one.
They’re the rarest lab finale: 1 in 8 chance, I think. Keep on checking and hope that it’s not an Ice, I guess. :-/

Hey guys recently got a guy to a nice part in the game and suddenly I notice his pain skyrocketing up to 50, And I kept getting the message your head hurts. and my vision was getting fuzzy. I suffered no major head damage before this or ever, what do you guys think it is and how can I cure it
EDIT I am now getting blinded
Pretty sure you hae a brain parasite, you’ll need some anti-parasite drug.
Omfg There are brain parasites??? how did I get it? could I have gotten it from eating uncooked meat?

Uncooked meat, fat, or veggies, yeah. I think non-Clean water only gives food-poisoning.
What uncooked veggies have parasites? that seems like a bug in the code does it not?

yup, not a bug, it’s a thing in real life
Be scared.
one stupid question: how to start in da house and not in the shelter?
When on the final character creation page where you enter a name, you should see beneath that “Press ? to pick a random name.” and beneath that “Press / to select location.”
