This topic should really be in the “Issues” section of the forum, but yeah I’ve noticed it too. Something’s going on with vehicles I think. My game suddenly chugs when I’m near certain types of car, but is fine everywhere else.
Maybe try software mode?
Err… How would this help exactly? Software rendering usually only improves performance when you have a wad of toothpicks and bubblegum plugged into the spot where your GPU should be. OP has a passable gaming pc if the specs he listed were any indication.
