I reworked the “Compare where?” etc. messages slightly as well as marking some that weren’t translatable: https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/pull/3823

For the “CUT” message it looks like that’s a new feature which isn’t translatable yet, I’ll add an issue for it. (https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/issues/3824)

hi yobbo, still some string miss translation…

“o honk horn” in the Vehicle controls menu,and when you’re overburdened,the message “Your body strains under the weight!”

Can you help to fix it? thx!

Missed strings are usually pretty easy, it’s just finding them that’s hard :).

Usually all that’s needed to fix them is the exact phrase so it can be found in the source and marked for translation.

Attaching .png files tho… i have no idea!

Yikes, 972’s the RC. Thanks for reporting!

Update: was a few unwrapped lines in newcharacter.cpp and professions stashed in a different file. Should be fixed now.

I am not sure but could it be that the translations for trap names like “buried land mine” are ignored right now?

No, according to the issue I posted on GitHub, it is not fixed yet.

Edit: This is fixed now. But Launchpad has not been updated yet. As far I know nobody manages the Launchpad for now.
