Just like it says. Someone reports this to me on an experimental from 6/30. It can even go over 200 charges this way.
It was tested on a marked Kevlar vest, and scratched hard arm guards.
I can’t reproduce the behavior with a sewing kit, but on an earlier build 0.6-1-g8e898bd, I get the same behavior using a soldering iron on normal army pants.
