Skill Caps

Greetings Forum Dwellers,

Just wondering if skill caps would be a useful addition to this game. I’m thinking caps based on the initial stats since it doesn’t make sense that a 4 intelligence character can eventually build nuclear weapons given enough time (and even then it doesn’t take that long). Skill caps would prevent master-of-all characters but even as I write this, I can see that such a thing should be implemented until the AI is fixed and you can get companions (who would then compensate for your deficiencies). Still, what do you guys think?

Very good mod idea. Fun for challenge games.
