Does the golden violin spawn anywhere in the game?

Golden violin? Can someone explain what it does? I’m currently traveling and can’t view/test it as of now.

Correction. Recipe comment says IF golden violin doesn’t actually show up in game, I will be saddragon.

For the question if it spawns: I seem to remember that I actually found it once in one of the stores that sell instruments. I would assume that it has a hilariously low spawn change though.
