Player::has_two_arms

Trying to make an amputee arm trait(yes I’m a horrible person). I saw that while there’s the has_two_arms check I didn’t found any item with the ALWAYS_TWOHAND flag.

Only player::can_wield, other about handcuff and a if for “// Less arms = less ability to keep upright” use the player::has_two_arms function.

Given my completely lack of experience with coding, and this game, I don’t know if I overlooked something the size of a hulk, or simple there was nothing that uses the function and flag currently.

All bows are ALWAYS_TWOHAND
