NPCs harvest player planted seeds-> breaks save

NPCs will harvest the seeds that players put in the ground, however, this does not actually harvest them. The player can still harvest them for their goods, and that won’t break the save.

I used debug to sit there and watch them do to confirm after I figured it out and fixed my save so I could break it on purpose.
