NPC - Sort Armour not working

Version: 0.C-17071-gb195365 - Tiles.

Behaviour: NPC interaction menu shows Sort Armour as available with companion NPC with full trust. Selecting the option closes menu and passes time without opening gear layering menu.

Expected: Selecting Sort Armour option opens Equipment Layering option to allow re-layering or removal of equipment.

Fix is waiting for testing.

It’s a regression caused by NPC friendliness code.
