you can find it in wet areas like rivers and swamps. it can swim as fast as the player (no stimulants) but is a bit slower then a regular zombie on land. besides that it can do as much damage as a regular zombie
what about helicopter zombies that are skilled snipers and use the new plasma rifles and also have jetpacks , they can only be damaged by melee weapons and explode with fire and shrapnels on death , but they swim 20% slower than player.

No. They should swim a 25% slower. And have more armour. Just to balance things
