Jaberwock quest

I had an issue while playing cf57820.

Doing the Jaberwock quest and asking for no reward caused the quester to refuse all attempts to recruit. (0 percent chance on all 3 friendly options). I don’t know if this is for a reason or because of a bug, so I’ll post it here.

Jabberwock is first stage of a quest chain, so I’d be inclined to guess WAI.

What does WAI mean?

*Also note that you can’t ask for quests from people unless they are part of your party, so the quest chain can’t be completed

I think I’ve got it. There are other quests with chains(like the patient record one that I’ve seen) that allow you to recruit in the middle of the chain. I don’t know why Jabberwock doesn’t.
