I’m playing with Simplified nutrition enabled, yet I still find things like injectable vitamin B in doctor’s offices. Seems like these items shouldn’t be there with the mod enabled.
They have their own effects if I recall. On their own they apply a health boost I might be wrong. But I don’t think the simplified nutrition MOD blacklists items from spawning. Only causes you to not lose or gain specialized nutrition.
it does not. and even with simplified nutrition, eating multivitamin is a good way to increase your health. have one in the morning and one in the evening and you are good to go
