How do I disable the game stopping the flow every time a hostile enters my FOV?

Every time a hostile comes into my field of view, the game goes into view mode and says “ESC, q, Q, or SPACE to go back. Return or ENTER to move anyway.“

This is infuriatingly frustrating and basically renders the entire game unplayable.

How do I fix this issue?

This is safe mode. Toggle it off and you won’t be stopped when enemy enters view.

I don’t mean the normal safe mode where you have to press ‘ to ignore an enemy but I mean the new addition where if an enemy comes into FOV, it goes into view mode and asks you to “ESC, q, Q, or SPACE to go back. Return or ENTER to move anyway.“

Can I disable that while keeping the old safe mode where I only need to press ‘ to ignore an enemy?
