One way around the floodlight thing is to leave the vehicle running, the engines are actually pretty fuel efficient at idle
Nightlight doesn’t look like a bug to me. It’s just a weaker version of “atomic lamp” which lights 3x3 area.
It is just an useless item if not held and to hold it every time is an annoyance.
Radiation biomonitor has no body cover type.
This means it cannot be damaged, but it can be worn, so I think this is intentional. This also means it will not function as armor.
